A process you can see.

How engagements start, how the monthly cycle runs, and how every deliverable is checked before it reaches you.

Onboarding: the first 30 days

We document your process before we take it over, then run alongside you until the first close is ours.

  1. Week 1

    Access setup

You provision our logins. We confirm least-privilege access and MFA on every system.

  2. Week 2

    Process documentation

We write down how your books, payroll and reporting work today, and you confirm it.

  3. Week 3

    Parallel run

We do the work alongside your current process and compare the results.

  4. Week 4

    First close

We run the close end to end, under extra review, and debrief with you.

Every deliverable passes a checklist and a second-person review before it reaches you.

Review checklists are written for each client during onboarding. You can read them at any time.

What the review covers

  • Reconciliations tied out to bank, card and loan statements
  • Variances above an agreed threshold explained in writing
  • Cut-off checked for income, expenses and payroll
  • Journals supported by documents and approvals
  • Review notes logged, cleared by the preparer and re-checked
  • Written procedures for each client, kept up to date as your process changes

Communication rhythm

You always know what we are working on, and you never have to chase.

  • Working-hours overlap

UK mornings and early afternoons, plus the start of the US Eastern day.

  • Weekly status update

What was done, what is open, and the questions we need answered.

  • Monthly review call

Results, issues and next month’s priorities, with your accountant.

  • Response time

We reply within one business day.
